Same setup, different settings in max for the rocks. Some interesting results.Top and bottom are the same rock but different settings.
High poly is the one of the left, low poly with diffuse is the one of the right.
Mesh on low poly could be a lot cleaner. But i do like the results of the procedural rocks. You can have a bunch of different looking rocks pretty fast.
Got this going... and i am attaching a gif to show process on how i blockout color and add details. So far it's been fun... still a lot of work and adding more interesting shapes to the whole thing. Let me know any suggestions or thoughts.
